Self Service Portal
If your agency is supported by ITS, in this site you can:
  • Request services from our Service Catalog
  • Submit a new ticket for IT assistance
  • Review the status of past requests and tickets
There are two ways to sign into the Portal:
  1. If your agency is listed in the blue AzureAD links, just click your agency name. OR
  2. Enter your work email address and network password.
You can also get IT assistance from the ITS Service Desk at servicedesk@its.idaho.gov, or (208) 605-4000.
